The National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL) starts operations on 1 January 2009, following the merger of the National Research and Development Centre for Welfare and Health (STAKES) and the National Public Health Institute (KTL).
THL’s new website is www.thl.fi.
The KTL website will continue to be available until further notice.
