Nutrition in
Finland - booklet has been combined in the Nutrition Unit at
the National Public Health Institute.
In the booklet Finnish experts describe different sectors in the
field of nutrition: Finnish health and the
challenges of obesity, Finnish diet and food consumption, eating
outside home. Also the safety of food: microbiological and chemical
safety, as well as the fortification of foods. The Finnish physical
activity pie
is shown. The prevention of type 2 diabetes and the action plan for
promoting Finnish heart health is
described.
Nutrition in Finland booklet can be used in all international
contacts dealing with the Finnish Nutrition in
all aspects.
