Our goal is to promote population health and
equity between different socio-economic groups. Our main focus is
research, but we also provide expertise, training and education.
Our target groups are lay people, professionals, as well as
decision-makers involved in the prevention of chronic diseases and
health promotion.
In our research, we:
test and develop theory- and evidence-based methods for health
investigate health, health behaviour
and health care in their social and cultural context
