¹ 0 = major problems with questionnaire or the proportion of insufficient data is high
1 = some concern with questionnaire or with insufficient data
2 = no problems with questionnaire or the proportion of insufficient data is low

² 0 = proportion of uncertain data among respondents aware of high blood pressure is > 10%
1 = proportion of uncertain data among respondents aware of high blood pressure is 5-10%
2 = proportion of uncertain data is low

³ 0 = the question was not asked in one or several surveys, OR there is a more than 10% change in proportion of "yes"-answers in the RUA between surveys and no confirmation received from the MCC that the changes are real, OR there is a more than 5% change in proportion of uncertain data among respondents aware of high blood pressure
1 = there is a 5-10% change in proportion of "yes"-answers in the RUA between surveys and no confirmation received from the MCC
2 = no problems with trend estimates
